Return Policy

When shopping at Anchor Bend we want you to be completely satisfied. If your purchase fails to meet your expectations for any reason, we will gladly accept returns of your Anchor Bend purchases up to 10 days from the time of purchase, subject to the following conditions:

Product must be accompanied by original proof of purchase from Anchor Bend. We are unable to accept returns without a receipt or packing slip.

Product must be first-quality, non-discounted product that is in stable condition with original packaging.
​
If you purchased the item directly, you may exchange the item or receive credit back to your original form of payment.  To receive credit to a credit card, the original credit card used for the purchase, must be present at the time of the return. 
​
Items received as gifts that are accompanied by a Anchor Bend gift receipt and/or packing slip can be exchanged for product or merchandise credit only, to the value of the exchange.
​
Gift card purchases are non-refundable.
​
Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Returns must be well packed; we recommend using the original packing material or comparable material and insuring the return.
​
Items purchased at third-party retailers must be returned/exchanged at the original place of purchase.
​
Returns and replacements will not be issued when product damage results from not following our product care guidelines.
​
Products purchased online may be returned to Anchor Bend's Gallery with proof of purchase.
​
Returns will not be issued if returned items arrive damaged; please ensure your return shipment is well-packaged. 
​
All second-quality, discontinued, personalized/engraved, custom, special order, gift-with-purchase items, gift cards and chandeliers are considered final sale and are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. Pendants, once installed, are final sale.

We will replace items that arrive broken at no cost to you. Damages from shipping must be reported within 30 days to be eligible for replacement.

The cost of expedited shipping varies based on the size and weight of your order, as well as your location. Please call us at (401) - 667 - 7338, and we will figure out the cost and timing for you!

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive an email with all the tracking details. You can follow your package's journey right to your doorstep!

Do you offer glassblowing classes?

Due to our high production demands, we don't offer classes at the moment. However, we host an event at our Studio the first weekend of December each year. During Open Studios, you can get a closer look at the techniques and tools we use in glassblowing. Sometimes, we even have 'Blow your Own' Ornaments and Paper Weights activities!

Flagship Gallery

We actually have two locations at Anchor Bend; our Studio where the glass is produced and packed for Galleries across the US, and our Flagship Gallery where we display our beautiful glass! Our Gallery is located in Newport RI, our hours are updated seasonally on our home page. Our prototypes and one of a kind pieces can often be found adorned in our large windows, come and visit to find your own statement piece of glass!

What happens at your studio?

Our studio in North Kingstown, RI, is where the magic happens! We create, experiment, and get inspired here. It's part of a local artist mill, and we make all the glass you see on our site and in our Flagship Gallery. With a furnace running at 2100 degrees, we're busy blowing glass five days a week. While we don't offer classes, we welcome you to stop by for a tour during our production hours!
